Add this item to cart to customize your scrubs. Send us the logo you would like and where you would like it to be located on the items you have purchased. In addition, we would like to know the size and the color of the customization you would like. Our email is hazelapparel@hotmail.com. Customized items are non-refundable/exchangeable.

Please expect extra delivery time on customized items.

Please note that if you want more than one item to be customized, then you have to add this item to cart as many times as the number of the items.

For example, if you would like two tops to be customized you should add this item to cart twice. 

Our proprietary fabric is 4-way stretch, breathable, fade-resistant, and pilling resistant. It can be washed more than 60 times in 50°C water and has 3.5-degree tear strength. Most importantly, it provides 100% coverage.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please be aware that we will refund the price of the product only. The only exception to this is if the order was made for Canada or the USA and the customer paid $11 for the price of shipping, then we will also refund this cost.

The price of shipping the product back to us is the responsibility of the customer. To compensate for this, an exclusive one time use discount code will be given to be used on your next order.


To start a return, you can contact us at hazelapparel@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
