CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES, & TAXES

The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas taxes, duties and other customs charges you may incur on orders outside of Canada. These fees will be covered by you, as the customer. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. HazelGotYouCovered is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government.

HazelGotYouCovered is not responsible for any parcel(s) a customer refuses to pay customs fees for and will not refund any order which has been not been sent back to our facility. HazelGotYouCovered is not held responsible for any fees issued by customs which have not been paid for by the customer. HazelGotYouCovered is not to be held responsible for delays to your shipment due to the carrier or postal holds issued by your country.

DELAYS AND LOST PACKAGES

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little to no control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. HazelGotYouCovered is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. HazelGotYouCovered can never guarantee a delivery date. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages may get lost at the hands of the shipping company, and this is completely out of our control. HazelGotYouCovered is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.

Please ensure that you carefully fill out your full address and full name at checkout, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays. We are not responsible for any package that comes back as undeliverable.

If a package is sent back to our warehouse we will provide a full refund, but to cover the cost of shipping, 15% of the refund will be deducted.
