Although we highly recommend referring to our detailed size chart for accurate sizing information and guidance, we understand that when shopping online the item you receive may not be what you expected it to be, which is why we're happy to accept returns for refund.
Orders from Canada
Customers from Canada can enjoy FREE returns!
Orders from the USA
Returns on orders from the US will receive prepaid return labels, however, $12 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover customs/taxes.
International orders may be returned for refund, however, the full cost of shipping the items back to us will be the responsibility of the customer.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please be aware that we will refund the price of the product only.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return label with the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Conditions for returns
Items being returned to us must be packaged in a poly mailer, not a box. Please include your name, order number, and the receipt or proof of purchase
inside the package when sending it back to us. Packages received without this information will not be accepted.
You must discard all previous labels and invoices attached on the outside of the package and include the new return label only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The way exchanges are done is by returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.
Final Sale/Clearance Items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
