Add this item to cart to customize your scrubs. Send us the logo and the name you would like and where you would like them to be located on the items you have purchased. In addition, we would like to know the size and the color of the customization you would like. Our email is hazelapparel@hotmail.com. Customized items are non-refundable/exchangeable.
Please expect extra delivery time on customized items.
Please note that if you want more than one item to be customized, then you have to add this item to cart as many times as the number of the items.
For example, if you would like two tops to be customized you should add this item to cart twice.
Our proprietary fabric is 4-way stretch, breathable, fade-resistant, and pilling resistant. It can be washed more than 60 times in 50°C water and has 3.5-degree tear strength. Most importantly, it provides 100% coverage.
